From the west::

 Take 595 east to I 95

 Take I 95 south to Griffin Road.

 Take Griffin Road west to 28^th Terr. / Ave.

 (it is the same street with two names and there is a stoplight there).

 Turn left and head south on 28^th. Go to 52^nd Street.

 Turn right on 52^nd street and head west into the park.
